The team
Technical expertise. Close support.
Fiscal-Track was founded on a way of understanding professional advisory services: tax, accounting, and finance should be connected to the real decisions of each business.
To do that, it is essential to understand how each company works, what it needs, and where it wants to go. From there, we design clear and efficient processes, incorporating tools that allow recurring tasks to be automated and information to remain organized and accessible.
The goal is for management to support the business, rather than become a burden. This allows the company to dedicate its resources to decision-making and business development.
Eva Carroz
Throughout my professional career, I have worked in the fields of tax, accounting, finance, and business consulting. At PwC in Latin America, I led the supervision of tax advisory projects, supporting companies in the analysis and compliance of their tax obligations. Later, in Spain, I took part in consulting and business development projects, as well as in the management and compliance of corporate and tax obligations.
This experience has allowed me to understand business needs from different perspectives: compliance, internal organization, financial management, and decision-making. It has also confirmed to me the importance of having well-designed processes, organized information, and a structure that supports the growth of each project.
That is where Fiscal-Track comes from: with the aim of supporting businesses from their very first decisions and helping them build a clear, efficient, and forward-looking tax, accounting, and financial management structure.
I hold a degree in Public Accounting, a Master’s degree in Tax and Fiscal Management, as well as in Corporate Governance and Boards of Directors. I am a member of the Forum of Board Secretaries of the Institute of Business Governance (IGE), focused on the professionalization and development of this role within companies.
